Our clients met Rob at one of the exhibitions we regularly attend. Rob and Marcus can often be found in the ‘Ask an Expert’ area or ‘Expert Arena’ at Grand Designs Live, Build It Live or the NSBRC in Swindon.
After chatting with Rob at the show, they contacted him to arrange a site visit.
They had plans to extend their home and wanted to make sure their new two storey extension was warm and cosy, ultimately creating an energy efficient home.
After chatting with Rob, they knew they had complicated plans, and wanted to make sure that an expert had an input. While looking at plans is a valuable exercise, nothing beats visiting the property, checking particulars in situ and noting down the surroundings.
