CLPM provide self-build project support services for self-builders in all geographical areas across the UK. We can support and advise you (and your architect or designer) throughout the design and pre-construction stages of your project. Once onsite we can help you too – whether you’d like ad hoc access to any one of our team, or require more regular ongoing project management support.

Our wide range of services are designed to suit every budget. We aim to help you get a better result, while protecting your financial interests and saving you time, money and stress along the way.

CLPM can help you build your new property in a smarter and more sustainable way whether you’re building via:

• Bricks and Block
• Timber Frame
• Oak Frame
• Cross Laminated Timber
• ICF
• SIPS
• Thin Joint Blockwork

Why not take a look at some of the self-build projects we’ve worked on in our portfolio?

If you’re looking for face to face onsite support we have a team of building project managers who can visit your self-build projects in London, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and Surrey.

Our Quantity Surveying, Heating, Energy Efficiency and Project Management team also provide a range of services for your self-build.

All of our teams can also help you online via videocall. So whether you’re self-building in Monmouth or Montrose we can always be here to help!

Self-building gives you the opportunity to create a home which matches your lifestyle and needs. The most successful self-builds will deliver a home that’s more comfortable, greener, has a better quality of finish and costs less to build than buying an equivalent property.

But self-building is complex. How you approach the process will have a huge impact on the outcome of your project. If you do not invest in expert help to fill all of your knowledge gaps, then you can put yourself at significant financial risk.

“Surround yourself with good people who know what they’re doing, whether it’s a plumber or a project manager, an architect or a quantity surveyor – on a bigger project, these are all really important disciplines.”
