Amanda Spooner is our Project Manager for the Greater London Area. Based in Uxbridge, she is also able to cover projects in Surrey, Berkshire and the surrounding areas. She joined the CLPM Project Management team in May 2023.

Amanda achieved her BSc in Building Surveying at University College of Estate Management before working as a Contract Administrator. She gained experience in Pre-Construction processes, JCT Contract set up and management along with Employer’s Agent and CA services. Projects here were primarily new builds for the Local Authority.

After a few years Amanda started working as a Project Manager for a local property developer. Here she managed several new build and renovation projects for private clients including a loft conversion in Hampstead and a new build in Kingston. These projects were constructed using individual trades which Amanda managed giving her valuable experience into the trade-by-trade approach.

Amanda is passionate about renovations and believes in preserving the character of a property whilst injecting some new life into it and hopes to one day renovate an old building of her own.  Amanda’s other hobbies include horse riding, skiing and generally being outdoors surrounded by nature.
