Jane Gee has been working in the construction industry for over 35 years, in both office and site based roles. Her experience covers a wide range of areas. Including cost estimating, procurement, surveying, financial analysis, cost reconciliation, administration and training.

Jane heads up the CLPM Quantity Surveying team supporting our residential and commercial clients.

Jane has a particular expertise in residential new builds and for much of her career she has been involved with project surveying and procurement for national house builders. Most recently she has worked as a consultant on projects for Twigden Homes (formerly part of the Kier group), Crest Nicholson and Taylor Wimpey.

Prior to setting up her own consultancy company, she also worked as a senior surveyor for Barrett Homes (North London), David Wilson Homes (Home Counties) and Banner Homes Group PLC.

Jane has been involved with many developments including private and social housing. She also has experience with new build and refurbishment contracts across the Midlands, Home Counties and South East. Jane has also been contracted by various commercial sub-contractors for surveying, estimating, final accounting and document control on various contracts in and around London. These have included the Morgan Stanley Clinical Building extension at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the new Central Saint Martin’s College of the Arts on the Kings Cross Eastern Goods Yard re-development.

In her free time Jane enjoys listening to music and fitness. She especially likes the gym and cycling. She is also managing her own construction project – the refurbishment of an old stone property in rural Galicia in Northern Spain.
