Charlie Laing is a building project management expert and heads up our project management team. As a member of the Laing family construction dynasty, you could quite literally say building is in Charlie’s blood.

With over 25 years in the industry, Charlie has project managed everything from major commercial projects overseas to more modest residential new builds and renovations in the UK.

Charlie founded Charlie Laing Ltd in 2004, which later went on to merge with ClearPlan Project Management Ltd in 2014 to form CLPM Ltd.

Charlie’s experience is invaluable when supporting his project management team to deliver the diverse range of projects we get involved in each year. He also frequently speaks at construction industry events and is currently presenting at the regular weekend Self Build and Project Management training courses at the NSBRC in Swindon.

In his spare time Charlie enjoys opera, skiing and spending time with his family.
