CLPM Project Manage a New Build Chipping Norton
We have been supporting our clients, who are building a new home near Chipping Norton, from the very early stages of their project two years ago.
Our role has included helping prepare a budget, as well as managing the tender process and the subsequent tender review. We are now providing project management support. This substantial, 4000 square foot eco-design home has been onsite for 9 months and is now into the second fix stage.
We’ll be writing a much more comprehensive blog about this project and posting lots of photos soon. You’ll then be able to see the progress made from initial foundations to the significant steel-work structure and then on to roofing, putting in the windows and installation of the staircases.
