CLPM provide building project management support across Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds and Gloucestershire. We project manage period property renovations, barn conversions, townhouse extensions and remodels and new builds too.

Mario has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, and is an experienced building project manager. He has worked on a large number of major home refurbishment projects for our clients. These have typically involved adding double storey extensions as well as re-modelling and refurbishing the existing space.

If your project is large or complex, or if you have limited time to oversee your build we can provide full project management, where we can organise and oversee the whole project on your behalf. Alternatively, if you’d like to oversee the construction works yourself, we take a more advisory role, offering technical advice and support, and help you understand how best to protect your financial interests.
