CLPM to Project Manage Major Home Refurbishment
We are happy to report that we will be working with new clients in Edmonton to support them in their major home refurbishment project. The 1930’s mid terrace house will be extended, remodelled and refurbished. There is also to be a loft conversion. The work will include the use of a variety of natural materials, such as lime mortars, in the construction. Other elements include party wall considerations and liaison with the local water board.
Alistair Stewart, our London area project manager, together with our cost team will be supporting our clients by helping to check their designs, preparing the building company JCT contracts and carrying out Contract Administration.
