CLPM to Support Property Developer Refurbishment, Tottenham
We’re pleased to announce that one of CLPM’s 7 building project managers is supporting our property developer client with a major refurbishment in Tottenham, North London.
We are to helping a North London-based property developer carry out a refurbishment of a 4 storey house in Tottenham. Our role is an advisory one – helping with any queries or issues which occur onsite during the construction works.
This is now the third building project we have worked on together with this North London based property developer. This construction project involves the total refurbishment and remodelling of 8 rather tired bedsits in a Victorian building into 4 new larger 1 and 2 bedroom flats, very close to White Hart Lane Stadium.
We are currently at the strip-out phase. Alistair Stewart, CLPM’s London-based construction project manager will be helping oversee this renovation with our property developer client.
