Recently we have been working with our client and their multi-award winning RIBA architect Adrian James of Oxford. It was great to be involved early in the project, and now several months later we pleased to announce that construction has recently commenced onsite, with groundworks fully underway.

This substantial 400m2 self-build home is located in a rural location in Buckinghamshire. It is being built using individual trades rather than using a single main contractor.
CLPM’s Louis Sansome is the project manager.
Louis Sansome
Louis was the ideal project manager for this project. He has worked with CLPM since early 2016, and in that time has worked on a large variety of different construction projects. He has helped a number of clients with their home renovation and extension projects, and has also been involved with several new build projects.
While working with CLPM Louis has also supported a number of clients who chose to self-build using individual trades rather than a main contractor – and so he has a lot of experience of this trade by trade approach.
