CLPM are project managing a Chippenham new Build timber frame Potton home. Construction works are progressing well at our client’s rural self-build site near in Wiltshire.
The new build, which is a 3 bedroom timber frame Potton home will be clad with stone and clay tiles. This is one of 2 Potton homes we are currently helping our self-build clients to construct, the other being near Croydon in South London.
We have been working with our client since the middle of last year to offer pre-construction cost advice and support. Rob Bohm is the CLPM project manager overseeing this project for our clients who currently live 300 miles away in Durham.
