Our client, who is a local businessperson and property developer, has gained planning permission to add a 3 storey extension to the side and rear of the end of terrace property.
CLPM will be helping project manage the renovating and remodeling of the the extended building to create five 1 bedroom and two studio flats above the existing ground floor retail premises.
Karim Malhame, our construction project manager who project manages building projects for CLPM clients in the Surrey, Berkshire and SW London areas will be supporting this commercial project client via the role of Contract Administrator.
