We’ll prepare a highly detailed, robust tender package, programme and budget costings. We can either work with your preferred build team, or tender to potential new providers. CLPM can help ensure you get the best pricing from quality checked professionals.
Whilst you might have preferred suppliers for specialist items like glazing or kitchens, we’re happy to search the market on your behalf to find new or better deals for your project.
During the build, we’ll be your technical ‘eyes and ears’ on site. Our role is to facilitate the process. We’ll be the ‘building police’, checking the quality and consistency of your build team. We’ll also be the ‘building ambulance service’ supporting the site team by quickly resolving queries and managing tasks that are necessary for the build but do not need to be undertaken by the builders.

We will make sure that internal and statutory approvals are secured – safety compliance and business security are paramount in your work premises.
