CLPM are pleased to report that we have just been appointed to give construction project management and cost advice support in Bedfordshire. The project is the refurbishment of a bungalow near Leighton Buzzard. The client, who has supported needs, is carrying out improvements to his new home including a small extension. This disability adaptations will allow him to live independently, but close to his family who live in the Bedford area.

We were involved in the project from the initial pre-planning application design stages. We have therefore already helped our clients to check their build budget by providing construction cost estimates. Subsequently being appointed to carry out a competitive tender, and to appoint the building team. Once onsite we will be project managing this Bedfordshire construction project in the role of Contract Administrator.
