Having previously given project management support to the owners of the property next door, we have now been appointed to help our new clients with their building project in Finchley, North London. We will also be working again with Tal Arc Architecture of London.
We shall be supporting our clients with the loft conversion and 1st floor alterations to their semi-detached home in Finchley. Lucy Nylander, our project manager who covers CLPM projects in this area will be managing this project. Our role is to help with contractor appointment, and to then support the project via Contract Administration.
