CLPM are project managing a Berkhamsted new build home and we are pleased to report that work is progressing well.
The house has been designed by multi award-winning Bedfordshire-based Nicholas Tye Architects, with whom CLPM have now worked on several building projects.
This substantial self-build home is on 3 levels, and is being constructed using reinforced waterproof concrete basement with a steel frame and cladding superstructure with a substantial glazing element to the design. We have been supporting our clients from the early stages of this project and have given them sustainability support as well as cost advice including budgeting and tender support.
Frank Elliott, our Buckinghamshire-based project manager, is now fully project managing the build on a trade by trade basis. We’ll be reporting on this project further as the build progresses.
