We are excited to have been instructed by new clients to help appoint the contractors and carry out the role of Contract Administrator.
The project is for the significant refurbishment and remodel of this substantial home near Marlow, in Buckinghamshire.
The Project
The project will involve demolition works, the construction of new extensions to the property, a full refurbishment and the construction of a new swimming pool.
CLPM are also delighted to be working again with the architectural design company Holland and Green, based near Thame and Clearwater Swimming Pools Ltd of Oxford.
