CLPM are to project manage a house extension project in Crouch End, North London.
We’re pleased to announce that we will be supporting our clients who are building a single storey rear extension to their property in Crouch End, North London. We will be working closely with our clients’ architects, Architecture for London, a respected local RIBA practice who have been shortlisted for this year’s BD Housing Architect of the Year Award.
In addition to giving pre-construction advice and support, we will be managing the appointment of the contractors and project managing the build in the role of Contract Administrator. Alistair Stewart, our London-based project manager will be looking after this project.
