We’re delighted to announce that we have been appointed to project manage the refurbishment of a Muswell Hill Victorian home.
North London is a major area for CLPM and we generally have several refurbishment or renovation projects on the go in areas such as Muswell Hill, Finchley and Crouch End. This new instruction now means we will have helped 3 different neighbours, all of whom live within a couple of doors of each other on the same road. We like to think this suggests we might be doing something right!
We are also working again with Raymond Crosby of Aubrey Technical Services, who have developed the plans for our clients.
We have been appointed to help prepare a schedule of works, carry out the tender process with contractor appointment and then project manage the building project in the role of Contract Administrator. Alistair Stewart, our project manager who supports our clients in the London area will be project managing this refurbishment.
