First, CLPM will work with you and your Bank or Lender to help secure your loan.

Our Quantity Surveying team will do this by producing an initial technical due diligence review, which will be completed on all aspects of your project delivery.

Although this exercise will primarily be carried out for your lender, CLPM will also make sure that the process will be of benefit to you. It will then help you understand better how to ensure your project is delivered to the right quality, on time, and on budget. Identifying and understanding your project’s risks in advance will help you take the right steps to prevent any issues and protect yourself financially.

Monitoring Your Costs Onsite

Once on site, CLPM can continue to support your project by making bank monitoring visits on a monthly basis (or as agreed with your Bank or Lender).

We’ll provide you and your lender with regular updates on the progress of the works.

As part of this process, CLPM will also prepare interim reports to secure the drawdowns from your loan.
