Coordinating & Overseeing the Build

CLPM do not provide design services, nor do we carry out the physical build. Instead, as independent construction project managers, our role is to ensure the protection of your or your clients’ financial interests.

We bring together and coordinate the building project team – including housing occupational therapy specialists, designers and equipment suppliers. Our role is to deliver a high-quality disability adaptation, on time and within budget, thus providing a property that is suitable for the current and future needs of the family.
