CLPM deliver Self Build and Renovation Courses at the NSBRC for homeowners and self-builders throughout the year.
We feel these training schemes are an important way for us to support the self-build community.
The courses we deliver are designed to boost your construction knowledge and help you understand and face the complexities of renovating or building a new home.

THE NSBRC GUIDE TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE
Charlie Laing, CLPM’s Operations Director, presents the The NSBRC Guide to Project Management Course
This one day course is designed to help you research and plan your building project whilst at home.
Charlie will cover the basics if you are considering your first self build, home improvement, loft conversion or renovation project.
A wide range of subjects are covered – and include budgeting, insurance and site management through to health & safety, snagging and VAT reclaim.
The course runs from 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday 10th October and Saturday 5th December 2020. The cost is £165 inc VAT per person and you can find out more via the NSBRC website here.
