Looking for Building Project Management in London?
CLPM provide building project management support in Central London and the Greater London area for major building projects.
We project manage conversions and adaptations of buildings, major extensions which now often include digging new basements and converting lofts. We’ve also worked on some stunning historic home renovation projects over the years.
CLPM also offer our London-based clients professional construction cost services, helping our customers to find and appoint the best builders, at the most competitive rates. Our energy efficiency and heating system advice is also much sought-after, as much of London’s housing stock is pre-1960s, and so tends to be inefficient and expensive to heat.
We work in partnership with our clients and their architects. In additional to helping homeowners, we also give support to small to medium sized commercial property developers across London, as well as charities and organisations in the public sector.
We are well respected in our industry and our team are highly qualified and experienced professionals. We always put your interests at the heart of what we do and (unlike many other project management companies) we are wholly independent of the architects and builders we work with. Our primary goal is to help you achieve the highest quality build, at the most competitive price whilst ensuring you and your family experience the least amount of stress or disruption to your busy lives.

Why Self Build, Extend or Renovate in London?
The 620 square miles of Greater London are ten times more densely populated than the rest of the UK, and are home to some 8.5 million people. With amazing cultural diversity, great transport links and fantastic employment opportunities, it’s no surprise that house prices in London are some of the highest in the world.
London can boast the largest number of resident billionaires of any city in the world, so property doesn’t come cheap. You can expect to pay £12,671/m2 for a home in Camden and £10,718/m2 for a pied a terre in Hammersmith.
Stamp duty is also a major reason why it’s not altogether surprising that many Londoners choose to extend and renovate their homes rather than move. After-all, even the most luxurious home extensions or basement extensions cost a fraction of this amount to build!
CLPM have helped dozens of clients in London to extend and renovate their homes and we can help you too.
CLPM Shows and Events
The next event we have planned in London is Grand Designs Live at Excel on May 5th-13th 2018. You can come and meet us there in person for free advice in the Ask an Expert section.
Alternatively we’ll be at Build It Live at Kent Event Centre over near Maidstone on 3-4th February 2018.
If you’re a London self-builder and fancy a weekend trip out of capital then you might be interested to know that we’re also delivering frequent project management and self-build training workshops at the National Self Build and Renovating Centre at Swindon throughout 2018.
