Whether you’re starting out, or already midway through your construction works, having access to a member of the Construction Guru team can help you get a better result.

Essentials gives you the flexibility to buy a few coaching sessions to tackle a particular issue – or enough to support you from the initial design stages to completion onsite. Want a bit more advice? Just top up when you need to.

Your Flexible Option

You decide how much coaching support you want, and when. Your Construction Guru will review the information you send them. They will then chat with you, sharing their expertise. They’ll answer your queries and help you plan your next steps – highlighting what you might want to the look out for, and what actions you may wish to take.

If you opt for regular videocalls once your build team are onsite (for example every fortnight) we can help you keep your project on track. And when stuff happens, we can be the expert at the end of a Microsoft Teams call, to help you answer queries, resolve problems, and prevent the risk of costly delays.

How Does our ‘Essentials’ service Work?

Choose how many ‘Essentials’ coaching sessions you want to buy.
We usually advise that you start by booking your first coaching session with one of the Construction Guru PMs.
We’ll send you instructions to upload your project information.
At your allotted time, click on the videocall link and talk with your chosen Construction Guru.

Once you’ve completed your first session you are free to book your remaining coaching sessions with any of our Construction Guru team, whenever you wish.

Slots can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. Where possible, we ask that slots are booked at least 5 working days ahead to prevent disappointment, and enable your expert to prepare fully in advance of your session.

Kitchen / Diner Extension

Hitesh and Siena had secured a bank loan of £50,000 and had some basic architectural plans. On our recommendation they allocated a maximum of £47,000 for the construction project, which included a 10% contingency leaving £3,000 to set aside for other expenses and fees.

Additional top-ups at £250 per session

Please note at the end of the project any un-used sessions will be refunded at a maximum rate of £230 per session.
