Our client, a busy doctor who is now based 120 miles away in Bristol, is anxious to ensure someone can oversee the works on her behalf. She has asked us to help her find a build team of reliable tradespeople and oversee the project on her behalf. Alistair Stewart, CLPM’s London-based project manager will be looking after this project.
