CLPM are pleased to announce that we’re to deliver construction project management in Hoddesdon for 40 new build apartments. We will be working for the first time with our new clients who are a London-based property developer – sustainable new home builder Latis Homes.

Latis Homes are a rapidly growing new home developer who construct modern, energy efficient housing in and around London. Their approach is a commitment to building low carbon lifetime homes that help preserve the planet, while at the same time growing strong communities around them.

Here at CLPM we share that vision, and the team are looking forward to working with Latis in their exciting new development in Hoddesdon.

The development consists of 22 one bed and 18 two bed apartments. 9 of the apartments will be affordable and have been pre-sold to housing association B3Living. Each of the innovatively designed apartments will offer low carbon, contemporary living and will be finished to high specification incorporating renewable technologies such as solar PV and air source heat pumps. These will be used in conjunction with LED lighting and water saving features to reduce energy consumption.

The construction project management of the new apartments in Hoddesdon will initially entail developing a construction programme for the build. Frank Elliott, CLPM Construction Project Manager for Hertfordshire, will then be helping Latis by looking after this project and visiting the site on a fortnightly basis.
