CLPM provide building project management in North Oxford.
Over the years, we have completed dozens of jobs in this highly desirable residential area, working with our clients on refurbishing, remodeling and extending many types of family homes. Previous and current construction projects include developments in Jericho, Park Town and Summertown, as well as nearby Wolvercote village.
We have been working with our architect friends Thomas Man and Sarah Perioli of Perioli Man for over 10 years now. Based in North Oxford, Tom and Sarah have a proven track record of creating stunning architectural designs for their residential clients. When their workload exceeds their capacity to give sufficient onsite guidance and support, we often help them by providing building project management and construction cost advice services as well as sustainability consultancy for their clients.
We are currently working with Perioli Man on an exciting new project to provide building project management and construction cost advice services for a North Oxford home refurbishment and extension project. The 5 bedroom Edwardian detached house, which had previously been lived in by the same family for over 70 years, is in need of a major renovation.
The clients, who are currently living overseas in Russia, have asked us to support them with building project management services in the form of tendering services, contractor appointment, Contract Administration and additional project site monitoring support. The architectural designs are complete and the client and project team are currently in the final stages of signing off the specifications. Once this stage is completed, we will then be carrying out the competitive tender process and contractor appointment for the clients.
Rob Bohm, CLPM’s Oxfordshire Building Project Manager is working with our Cost Advice team at the moment, and then will be looking after this project once it goes onsite. Construction should commence early in 2018.
